Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dental office runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Presenting treatment plans and educating patients about insurance benefits
  • Accurately entering treatment plans into Dentrix

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced dental office, with familiarity in HMO and PPO insurance
  • Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)

    • Working Conditions

    This position is full-time, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7 : 45 AM to 5 : 00 PM . Join us in a collaborative and friendly atmosphere where your contributions are valued!
