Role description :
Arcadis is seeking a Principal, Architect - Market Leader to expand the Life Sciences practice across the US. Reporting to Practice Group Manager, Industrial Facilities, this role emphasizes leadership, strategic business development, and brand elevation within the national life sciences market. The candidate will play a key role in driving Arcadis' outward-facing strategy to achieve growth and increase market visibility. The ideal candidate is a recognized market leader in life sciences with a proven track record in business development and managing teams.

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO per year. The salary range for this position is $122,000 - $208,000. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
