Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads
