Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol - PT in Pontiac, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned location. Your role will involve monitoring for unusual activity, responding to incidents, and assisting visitors or employees as needed. This is a driving post, so you will be primarily responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are key, as you will interact regularly with the public and client representatives. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
