Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
Execute the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Deliver market insights and analytics to stakeholders to inform hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a Recruiter
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies under tight deadlines
