A company is looking for a Director of UX Research & Strategy to lead user experience research initiatives and strategic design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the UX research and strategy vision in alignment with company objectives

Establish scalable research practices and oversee qualitative and quantitative studies

Translate user insights into actionable design and business strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or related field

10+ years of experience in Research, Strategy, and / or Consumer Marketing, with a focus on leadership roles

Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Experience in e-commerce design, preferably within specialty retail

Previous managerial experience with a focus on developing talent and driving team performance
