Job Title : General Manager
Reports To : President and COO
Position Summary :
This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the Store Managers and Sales Staff for both stores. The General Manager leads the overall management and operations of both stores, including daily sales operations, providing strong leadership, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and developing store manager and sales associate talent. The position calls for collaborating with Store Managers on executing at a strategic level to drive sales, gross profit and leadership development.
The growth path for the role is to assume a Chief Operating Officer role in the near future.
Essential Functions and Duties :

- Ensure that all decisions & actions are in alignment with The Companys mission and vision statements
- Manage day-to-day operations by assigning goals and ensuring their completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, teams & community
- Recruit, train, develop teams to use The Companys strategies and advantages, leading to personal success
- Guide and follow up of all The Companys guest strategies and expectations to assure they are achieved
- Create organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated collaborative work environment and implementing approved innovative changes
- Build upon and expand the value of The Company to guests, associates and community
Crafting a strategic vision through analyzing data and marketplace, with leadership develop a vision, plan and action to create competitive advantages to assist guests, team & company to grow market share
