Business Analytics Manager

The job profile for this position is Business Analytics Manager, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with eviCore healthcare MSI, Inc.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for procurement, governance, and generating value-add for Advanced Analytics Research and Development's internal and external data.
• Develop reports on trending performance, program ROI evaluations, research design of program efficacy, and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintain an understanding of programs and lead direct reports in efforts to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in Analytics. Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact.
• Develop analytic solutions.
• Leverage data science and technology capabilities.
• Embed analytics-driven processes.
• Operationalize and measure impact.
• Support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Manage the development and execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures to manage the information lifecycle needs of the organization. Examine data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about that information. Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Utilize in-depth professional knowledge, functional practices, and well-defined management precedents.
• Hybrid work schedule.
• Requires supervision of two (2) Business Analytics Lead Analysts.

Qualifications :

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in pharmaceutical science, mathematics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field or a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in pharmaceutical science, mathematics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field plus three years of experience in healthcare analytics. Must have knowledge of or experience with : Qualitative and quantitative data analysis; predictive modeling; systematic reviews; meta-analysis; survey design; SAS; SPSS; SQL; Data Robot; Tableau. Qualifying knowledge or experience may be acquired during graduate-level academic studies in pharmaceutical science, mathematics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field.
