Responsibilities
- Monitor social and digital media platforms for community questions and feedback.
- Respond professionally to inquiries ensuring consistent messaging.
- Engage with users to foster brand trust and community growth.
- Escalate complex incidents to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with Rider Support to maintain consistency in community inquiries.
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in Community Management in a relevant environment.Strong understanding of social media engagement and crisis communications.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours for 24 / 7 coverage.Background in Marketing, PR, or Customer Service is a plus.Skills
