Member of the Technical Staff - Full Stack

The Role

We're hiring a Member of Technical Staff – Fullstack to design, build, and scale end-to-end systems that power Stuut's platform for B2B financial operations. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams, as well as customers to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences across the entire stack.

What You'll Do

• Drive Stuut's full stack technical vision through cross-functional collaboration across product, design, and engineering.
• Lead complex projects spanning frontend, backend, and system integrations, from API design to polished user experiences.
• Build end-to-end features — from database schema to production-ready UI — ensuring seamless data flow, scalability, and performance.
• Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and microservices while crafting intuitive, responsive frontend experiences.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale productivity, reliability, and velocity across the stack.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence, humility, and speed.
• Engage directly with customers to understand and solve complex workflow challenges through comprehensive full stack solutions.
