The Role

We're hiring a Member of Technical Staff – Frontend to design, build, and scale world-class customer-facing applications that make financial workflows intuitive and impactful. You'll work closely with Design, Backend Engineering, Product, and our customers to deliver responsive, data-heavy applications that power Stuut's platform.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Stuut's frontend technical vision in partnership with design and backend teams.
  • Build responsive, performant Vue.js applications that simplify complex B2B financial workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions.
  • Continuously improve frontend processes, tools, and systems that scale productivity, code quality, and team impact.
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and humility.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale.
  • Are highly skilled with Vue.js (Vue 3), TypeScript, state management, and modern frontend build tools.
  • Have deep experience building complex, data-heavy applications with responsive design and frontend testing frameworks.
  • Thrive in early-stage, high-growth startup environments where you can build systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Enjoy engaging directly with customers to understand workflow needs and translate them into exceptional experiences.
  • Have experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend culture on high-performing teams.
  • Are relentlessly focused on mastering your craft and solving customer pain points through superior frontend design.
