Transactional Claims Counsel

Qualifications

• Senior attorney with at least 5-7 years of experience handling transactional risk claims, including Representations and Warranties Insurance, Warranty & Indemnity Insurance, Tax Insurance and Contingent Risk Insurance.
• D&O experience is welcome but not required.
• Excellent analytic and writing skills.
• Versatile, able to work independently and self-starting.
