Core Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of food, beverage, and hospitality supplies for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Safely store and organize materials in designated areas, adhering to food safety and hospitality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving and storage areas, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or overages to management.
• Communicate effectively with Food & Beverage and Hospitality teams to ensure timely distribution of supplies.
• Reviewing variances daily and exercising independent judgement to resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workspaces.
• Other duties as assigned.
