Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Part-Time Member Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist members and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our services, programs, and policies.
• Assist members with account-related issues, including billing, memberships, and service inquiries.
• Process new member enrollments and maintain accurate member records in the database.
• Actively listen to member concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions or escalate as needed.
• Promote and cross-sell company products and services to enhance the member experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all member areas are welcoming and well-presented.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required to improve product knowledge and service skills.
