Job Title : General Laborer – Insulation Manufacturing

Position Summary :
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to help produce high-quality insulation products. This role includes operating machinery, handling recycled materials, cutting product to size, and assisting in all stages of the production process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Feed recycled paper and other materials into production machines.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company procedures.
- Cut and prepare insulation materials to specified sizes and shapes.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the work area.
- Assist with packaging, stacking, and preparing finished products for shipping.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support team members and perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
