Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a Role Player Coordinator to support federal law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia.

Requirements :

As the Role Player Coordinator you will have the responsibility of leading, coordinating, and managing approximately fifty role players daily. You will ensure all role players have the required information to participate in physically demanding activities in support of basic, advanced, and in-service employee training to include canine-related, protective mission, and escalation / de-escalation scenarios.

• When provided with a scenario script a minimum of ten days in advance of the exercise :

Assign Role Players to scenarios, typically scheduled Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 10 : 00 PM. Additional training may be scheduled after 10 : 00 PM on weeknights and on weekends due to training requirements and the availability of training areas. Work will not be scheduled during holidays, when the government is closed due to local and / or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar government directed facility closings.
