Process Control Automation Specialist
Key Accountabilities
- Process improvement and control : Participate in actions / solutions to improve process control, reduce energy costs, and enhance quality. Engage in equipment and energy monitoring improvements. Conduct plant audits related to Omya 4.0, energy, instrumentation, and power. Investigate new technologies to improve plant safety, such as Intelligent PPE and improved alarming systems.
Knowledge Sharing & Expertise
Support CCs in developing budgets, project charters, and mentoring Energy CC, Instrumentation CC, Power CC, Omya 4.0 CC. Provide support to the GOP Engineering team. Responsible for know-how transfer, best practices, and developing group standards and guidelines. Support UNO initiatives with process and automation teams.Environmental Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

KPIs as agreed in yearly MbO.
Other Requirements
Proficiency in both oral and written local language and English; additional language skills are beneficial.Willingness to travel to regions, plants, and supplier sites. Comfortable working in international settings.Internal Contacts

University Degree in Electrical and / or Automation Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and / or automation engineering.
Knowledge and Skills
