Provide support to the GOP Engineering team. Responsible for know-how transfer, best practices, and developing group standards and guidelines. Support UNO initiatives with process and automation teams. Solid line to : Head of Engineering, Machines & Maintenance Group Operations Dotted line(s) to : (not specified) Proficiency in both oral and written local language and English; additional language skills are beneficial. Willingness to travel to regions, plants, and supplier sites. Comfortable working in international settings. Project management, Engineering, Process & Machine Technology departments, all GOP Competence Centers, regions, and plants worldwide, Group IT. External engineering firms, equipment suppliers. Ability to improve processes and systems to enhance job performance. Strong knowledge across engineering fields, especially electrical. Interpersonal and organizational skills. Good communication skills.
Process Control Automation Specialist
Key Accountabilities
- Process improvement and control : Participate in actions / solutions to improve process control, reduce energy costs, and enhance quality. Engage in equipment and energy monitoring improvements. Conduct plant audits related to Omya 4.0, energy, instrumentation, and power. Investigate new technologies to improve plant safety, such as Intelligent PPE and improved alarming systems.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Performance Measures
KPIs as agreed in yearly MbO.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and / or automation engineering.
