job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollege degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. Over 3 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering. Proficiency with Mitsubishi L / Q and Siemens S1200 / S1500 PLCs, and Weintek HMI. Skilled in Panasonic A6, Siemens V90 / S120 servo systems. Experience programming industrial 4-axis and 6-axis robots, including Epson, Yamaha, FANUC, and ABB. Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of automation development / debugging tools such as TIA Portal, Codesys, and communication protocols like Modbus and Profibus. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking for resolving complex technical issues. Experience with integrated equipment control or stacker crane control is advantageous. Experience with programs for equipment like silicone grease printers, loading / unloading machines, screw fastening, barcode labelers, and packaging machines is preferred. What you will be responsible for :
- Lead control of robotic arms on automated production lines, focusing on motion control, path planning, and camera calibration for 4-axis and 6-axis robotic systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot equipment control systems using PLCs, resolving technical issues and optimizing performance.
- Manage servo system positioning, torque, and speed control based on a solid foundation in motion control.
- Enhance automation control logic to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Provide technical support to production, testing, and team members by analyzing and resolving automation system faults.
- Stay updated with automation technology trends and advocate for adopting new technologies to improve system competitiveness.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
