Engineering And Construction Project Compliance Specialist

The Specialist-E&C Project Compliance reports to the Sr. Manager of E&C Project Compliance. The Specialist works with Engineering and Construction Engineers, Project Managers, and other support staff to provide regulatory guidance and ensure E&C project compliance. The Specialist will make sure project documentation is traceable, verifiable, complete and in accordance with the Company's Engineering Standards and applicable State and Federal rules and regulations. The Specialist will assist in training E&C Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Office Managers on the use of Project PULSE and other corporate databases. The Specialist will also perform quality audits during construction to verify the required technical and engineering records are properly collected and uploaded to the Construction Document Management System in accordance with the Company Engineering Standards and represent the department during external agency audits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide training to E&C Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Office personnel responsible for project documentation.
• Perform field and internal audits during the construction projects to verify the required technical and engineering records are properly collected and uploaded to the Construction Document Management System in accordance with the Company Engineering Standards and state / federal regulations to ensure records are traceable, verifiable, and complete.
• Facilitate meetings with project teams and internal Subject Matter Experts to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to project teams with procedural, compliance, or documentation issues.
• Represent Group during Federal and State agency construction audits.
• Assist E&C Project Compliance Group in maintaining the Company's Engineering Standards for Project Documentation and other forms and guidelines used during Construction of Company facilities.
• Provide assistance with the continuous improvement of the Company's Construction Project Management System.
