Project Manager – Protection Services (Remote)
📍 Location : Remote – Candidates must reside in one of the 15 approved states : AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI
💼 Duration : 6+ months (long-term contract)
🕑 Schedule : Standard business hours, flexibility required across Eastern & Pacific time zones
💲 Pay Rate : $65.00 / hr
🏢 Work Setting : Fully Remote (IT equipment provided – dual monitors & docking station)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Protection Services Department at
- Healthcare. This role will lead a large-scale project spanning HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance, establishing controls to combat security risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting skills.
You will be responsible for keeping initiatives on track, organizing meetings across departments, and producing key updates for senior leadership. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, organization, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of projects throughout the lifecycle : scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and quality.Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and deadlines; revise as needed.Coordinate cross-functional workgroups across HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance.Facilitate and document meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications.Serve as liaison for department on enterprise-wide initiatives.Identify risk areas and implement mitigation / contingency strategies.Support internal process improvement and workflow development.Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree.5–7 years of formal project management experience.5–7 years of systems implementation experience.Strong project management skills (scope, scheduling, risk, resource planning).Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders.Experience coordinating large, complex, multi-department initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.Preferred
PMP certification and / or Agile Scrum Master certification.Experience in healthcare, compliance, or risk-related projects.Background working with cross-functional teams across HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance.Top Skills
