We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team focused on high-quality, patient-centered formulations. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and multi-state licensure to help build and lead our operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for all compounding and dispensing activities.
- Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA, DEA, USP
).
Manage sterile and non-sterile compounding operations, ensuring quality and accuracy.Maintain and expand non-resident state licenses for interstate operations.Supervise and train pharmacy staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, accreditation, and expansion.Requirements
Active California Pharmacist License (required).Prior experience as PIC in a compounding pharmacy (required).Sterile compounding experience (USP) strongly preferred.
Multiple non-resident pharmacy licenses a major plus.Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational compliance.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Compensation & Benefits
