Sterile compounding experience (USP Multiple non-resident pharmacy licenses a major plus. Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Competitive salary : $140,000-$170,000 / year. Potential for performance-based bonuses and equity participation.
