The Supplier Quality Intern is responsible for ensuring that Amphenol Borisch Technologies’ quality requirements are communicated, understood and maintained by ABT’s suppliers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and track supplier scorecard data and generate monthly reports.
Create a system for requesting and monitoring supplier certification requests to improve performance and track data.
Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to manage RTV inventory across all ABT facilities.
Grow and maintain Dock to Stock (DTS) program.
Assist with following up and completing Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
Maintain the Supplier Quality Report program in Ruby.
Work closely with the Purchasing department to maintain and update supplier on-time delivery and quality data.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
Pursuing a BS in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline
Excellent Problem Solving, Statistical and Analytical skills
Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
