Description
We are currently seeking a Director of Sales to join our team and oversee our sales department. Your daily activities will involve outside sales calls, obtaining new accounts, conducting site tours, and networking with the local business community to drive sales for your hotels. You will also be accountable for forecasting, creating promotional materials, and constantly communicating with your General Manager
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements :
- Solicit, negotiate, and book both new and repeat business
- Actively sell room nights through outside sales calls, telemarketing, site tours, etc.
- Meet or exceed the budgeted REVPAR for the hotels
- Prepare hotels' annual marketing and sales plans based on the hotel's position and strengths within each market segment
- Forecasts occupancy fluctuations based on changing market conditions and directs selling activities to maximize revenue
- Ensure that team members (specifically front desk staff) are familiar with key accounts and "specifics" relating to business booked in the hotels
