Job Title : Senior UX Researcher

Job Location : Frisco, TX. Job Type : Onsite

Job Description :

Build and scale a UX research practice aligned with business and product strategy.

Design and execute end-to-end research using a mix of methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, etc.).

Advocate for user needs by delivering actionable insights to product, design, and leadership teams.

Develop and maintain a repository of research findings, personas, and best practices.

Mentor junior researchers or designers on user-centered research practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize research initiatives and embed research in the product lifecycle.

Drive stakeholder alignment and influence decision-making through compelling research storytelling.

10+ years of experience in UX research with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.

Proven success in establishing or scaling a UX research program.

Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to clearly present findings and influence stakeholders.
