Your Core Responsibilities

Draft job ads and post to major job boards and niche caregiver, CNA, and home-health boards.

Cultivate relationships with CNA programs, nursing schools, veteran associations, and workforce centers.

Monitor time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention at 30 / 60 / 90 days; present insights to leadership.

Lead engaging weekly orientations that cover compliance, EVV, infection control, and culture.
