In this fully remote role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across our network. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and bring creative sourcing strategies to life. What you'll bring

• Required : Multi-site healthcare recruitment experience
• Preferred : Experience recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, or COTAs
• Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, etc.)
• A consultative, data-informed approach to hiring
