We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Brand Management team — a group of innovators, strategists, and problem-solvers who thrive on building businesses. You’ll have full ownership of a portfolio of 5–6 brand partners, acting as both a trusted advisor and growth driver.

What You'll Do Here

• Own client partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as their day-to-day lead and trusted advisor.
• Lead the business – Take full ownership of your brands’ P&Ls, identifying key opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
• Turn data into growth – Analyse performance daily, interpret market signals, and act quickly to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration – Partner with internal teams to develop clear, data-backed briefs and lead initiatives across pricing, promotions, operations, creative, and media.
• Plan for success – Develop and optimise annual growth plans, marketing strategies, and roadmaps that exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Innovate constantly – Stay ahead of category trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to deliver fresh ideas and strategic recommendations.
• Lead the work – Oversee deliverables from planning through execution, collaborating with Project Managers, content creators and creatives.
• Champion the flywheel – Demonstrate deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and D2C.
• Communicate with impact – Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership through weekly updates, QBRs, and strategic presentations.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We’re seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our offices; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and / or Portuguese.)
