What Youll Do

As our Maintenance Technician, youll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with our team to ensure that machinery and equipment are running at peak performance. In our fast-moving environment, your ability to multi-task and stay focused will be essential. Your day-to-day will include :

• Performing regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions and resolving production outages.
• Keeping our maintenance tracking software up to date with equipment status and logs.
• Sourcing repair parts and coordinating with external vendors for timely delivery.
• Communicating equipment status and repair updates with management and production teams.
• Working alongside your maintenance teammates to boost performance and support growth in our manufacturing capabilities.

This role requires after-hours and on-call availability, including weekends, to quickly address critical equipment issues and maintain our production momentum.
