Responsibilities :

Oversee and process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees

Supervise and support payroll staff, providing training and guidance as needed

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws

Review and reconcile payroll reports, deductions, and adjustments

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data

Collaborate with HR and accounting on benefits, garnishments, and tax reporting

Prepare payroll-related journal entries and assist with audits

Identify and implement process improvements within the payroll function

Qualifications :

5+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

Proficient in payroll software and Excel

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Bilingual English / Spanish
