Receptionist Position At MANA Family Medicine

Do you enjoy helping people and being the friendly face that makes someone's day better? MANA Family Medicine in Prairie Grove is looking for a Receptionist who thrives in a welcoming, team-oriented environment and wants to make a difference in the lives of patients and families.

As the first point of contact, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. If you're organized, compassionate, and love working with people we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do :

• Greet patients
• Check patients in / out and collect payments at time of service
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Keep physician schedules accurate and organized
• Support smooth daily clinic operations with your attention to detail
• End of day payment reconcilliation
• Various other tasks as assigned by the clinic manager

Applicants may list the position(s) they are interested in applying on the application and only need to complete one application. Applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department at the MANA Administrative Office and are shared with the clinic managers. Applications are kept in our database for managers to review for six (6) months.
