What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) : Help prioritize projects with the Design Director and Marketing Leadership based on impact and resources
Manage creative, branding, and design projects for successful delivery across multiple marketing and brand launches
Create strong partnerships with creative designers and marketing strategy partners
Proactively identify important problems for marketing and brand design plans
Coordinate resources across multiple projects to ensure alignment and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications) : BA / BS degree or 10+ years of experience in a design agency, design studio, or creative agency
Experience working with marketers, design agencies, and production companies
Cross-functional collaboration experience with design teams, marketers, strategists, and product designers
Proven experience managing marketing projects, including creative / design development
Experience in overseeing brand architecture design systems and campaigns that include live action, digital, and animation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) : Strong strategic problem-solving and multitasking skills
Familiarity with brand architecture and design systems across various media
