State Licensed Workforce Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Supervisor (Nights & Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Workforce Management Coordinators to optimize coverage and service levels

Ensure accuracy in daily operations, including attendance monitoring and real-time scheduling updates

Coach and develop team members while preparing reports on Key Performance Metrics and making recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience supervising and managing a team

Previous experience in a Workforce Management role preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies
