About the Role

Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for a HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems. It is important that this person meets safety, quality and customer standards on all jobs. This is a full-time role that will report into the Service Manager and be based out of our growing New Milford, CT office.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Establish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
• Participate in training, meetings and company events
