Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. About the Role : As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems. Up to a $5k sign on bonus for well qualified Licensed Technicians!!!!!

As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in helping homeowners design the perfect heating and cooling solutions to enhance their comfort .
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems after they escalate.
- Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements.
- Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
