Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in technical support or related fields, with 3-5 years in leadership roles

Experience in building and managing support operations in SaaS or AdTech environments

Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and related technologies

Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence

Background in digital advertising technologies and trends preferred
