About the Role :

The Construction Manager is a critical role responsible for providing direct oversight to franchisees and managing their execution of new restaurant builds, relocations, and remodels within a designated geographic area. This construction-savvy professional provides hands on support directly to franchisees for all aspects of the development process from planning through final execution. Serving as the primary point of contact for franchisees, contractors, and internal stakeholders, the Construction Manager ensures that each project is completed in a timely manner and to Subway's high standards. Key responsibilities include guiding franchisees through their construction process, coordinating cross-functional communication, conducting regular site visits, and proactively addressing issues to ensure successful outcomes. This role directly supports the organization's growth and operational goals through seamless and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Provide direct support to Franchisees and Stakeholders to ensure construction and project development meets brand standards and operational readiness.
• Franchisee and Stakeholder Coordination and act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Align expectations, provide updates, and resolve conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Site Visits and Field Monitoring-Conduct on-site inspections at key milestones to assess construction progress, validate work quality, and troubleshoot issues. Identify risks and ensure compliance with plans and timelines.
• Issue Resolution and Risk Mitigation-Identify, assess, and resolve construction-related issues quickly to avoid delays. Work collaboratively with partners to mitigate risk and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Communication-Collaborate with Real Estate Managers, Design Team, Construction Specialists, Restaurant Operations, and Field Operations teams to ensure all inputs are aligned for timely project execution and successful openings.
