A company is looking for an E-Rate Project Coordinator to manage bids for the USAC E-Rate Program for schools.
Key Responsibilities
Review and qualify new bids daily as part of the E-Rate program
Coordinate with field sales teams and partners to ensure timely responses to bids
Document and track bids and awards in spreadsheets for accurate sales forecasting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required
2-4 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills to maintain confidentiality and track proposals
