Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX is now a worldwide fitness movement with events across 5 continents and tens of thousands of athletes taking part each season.
To support our rapid growth across international markets, we’re looking for a Regional Senior Marketing Manager (m / f / d) North America to join our global team and lead all marketing efforts in North America. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the heart of our expansion.
As the senior marketing lead for North America, you’ll be responsible for building the brand, driving ticket sales, activating partnerships, and engaging our community. You’ll collaborate closely with global HQ, while adapting campaigns to local audiences. It’s the perfect role for a highly driven, structured, and creative marketer who’s ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the full regional marketing strategy , ensuring alignment with global brand positioning while tailoring initiatives to local market needs
Plan, lead, and execute 360° campaigns to drive event registrations, community growth and brand awareness
Manage all digital marketing channels in north America (CRM, paid media, organic social, website)
Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, operations, and events teams for aligned market execution
Support and grow community engagement through partnerships with gyms, ambassadors, influencers, and media outlets
Oversee brand consistency and content creation , ensuring all touchpoints resonate with HYROX athletes and fans
Lead the regional marketing budget , track key KPIs, and report regularly to senior leadership
Own event marketing for all HYROX races in your region, including pre-event promotion and on-site activations
YOUR PROFILE
6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in the sports, fitness, events, or consumer lifestyle industry
Track record of leading regional or multi-market campaigns and building brand presence from the ground up
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems
A strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality – you're comfortable both leading and doing
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Data-driven mindset : you know how to use insights to improve performance
Passion for sport, fitness and the HYROX movement - you understand our community and want to be part of it
