Electrical Project Manager (BOND Civil & Utility)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead electrical utility projects including underground distribution, substations, and renewable energy installations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
• Mentor and support field staff and junior project engineers.

Qualifications

The salary on offer for this position is between $130k and $155k plus vehicle allowance, healthcare, dental, vision 401k and annual bonus.
