    • The role - Employment Litigation Attorney

  • Manage a plaintiff employment docket end-to-end (intake, strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial prep / trial).
  • Areas of practice : Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour class actions
  • Take and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions.
  • Collaborate closely with the principal; help move files decisively and deliver results for clients.
  • Up to $350k package inc commissions and origination

    • Requirements

  • 8–10+ years plaintiff employment litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.
  • Strong depos, brief-writing, and courtroom skills; trial experience ideal.
  • California bar; business-development mindset a plus (and rewarded).
