As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Team in Council Bluffs, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for all personnel. By conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to interact with employees and visitors, providing assistance and clear communication, all while being part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and people-first service.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
