job_description.job_card.job_description? Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation ? Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health ? Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted. ? Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority. ? Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to ? Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary ? Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment. ? Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance ? Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. ? Other duties as assigned. ? In depth electrical and mechanical experience. ? Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts. ? PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience. ? AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle) experience. ? Knowledge of working with HMI's. ? Ability to work independently. ? Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks and services. ? Automation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ? Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines. ? Sound understanding of using all electrical testing equipment. ? Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools. ? Ability to operate a forklift. ? Should follow oral or written instructions. ? Team mindset. ? Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. ? High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education ? Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
