The Director of FP&A plays a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company. This position leads the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis processes to provide leadership with the insights needed to drive strategic decision‑making. As a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, the Director of FP&A will bring clarity to complex data, develop business cases for growth opportunities, and build a forward‑looking financial framework that supports the company’s goals.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information in a clear and actionable way to both finance and non‑finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company‑wide budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and assess risks.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and scenario analysis.
• Translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations for leadership and department heads.
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, including variance and trend analysis.
• Build and oversee reporting packages for the Board of Directors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Implement and enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and data reliability.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing FP&A function.
