What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for the C-suite
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Jump in wherever needed — whether that’s greeting visitors, planning events, ordering lunch, or tackling special projects
  • Support HR and company-wide initiatives, ensuring details are handled and deadlines are met
  • Protect sensitive information and represent leadership with professionalism

    • What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of executive support or administrative experience
  • A “no job too big or too small” mindset and willingness to pitch in
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional, proactive, and adaptable
  • Ability to work onsite daily in Lincoln, NE
