Jr. Litigation Practice Support Specialist

Overview

IMPACT Legal Resources LLC has a great opportunity for a Litigation Practice Support Specialist for a NYC Vault 100 Law Firm. The candidate will need 3 - 5+ years of prior experience in a law firm, corporation, or legal consulting firm as a paralegal and / or Litigation Support Specialist, Analyst, or Case Manager. The position requires a 4-year Bachelor's degree and experience working with attorneys, paralegals, and other litigation support and IT professionals across various phases of litigations / arbitrations / investigations, including knowledge of data handling from preservation and legal holds to collections, reviews, and productions. Must have a working knowledge of Relativity and / or other Document Review and Processing Platforms, including how to create / edit fields, choices, searches, views, layouts, search term reports, document review batches, and search indexes (any related certifications are a plus). Responsibilities

• Support litigation projects in various phases of litigation, arbitration, and investigations.
• Work with attorneys, paralegals, and IT professionals to manage data from preservation through collections, reviews, and productions.
• Apply knowledge of Relativity and similar platforms to create and edit fields, searches, views, layouts, and reports; manage document review batches and search indexes.
