Registered Nurse - Full-time

Milestone LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing nursing care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess clients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor client progress. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.\n
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred\n
• Previous experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting preferred.\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.\n
• Knowledge of medications and treatment protocols relevant to mental health care.\n
