Childcare Lead

We are currently seeking a nurturing and experienced Childcare Lead to join our team and oversee our playroom and childcare areas.

• Supervise and lead playroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the childcare facility, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's activities and progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly.
• Train and mentor childcare staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
