DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Residential Services Aide, you will be responsible for assisting lead residential staff with the development, delivery, and monitoring of treatment, training, and all related services provided at the Selinsgrove Center. A primary focus of this role will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) for each resident, as well as suggesting revisions as necessary. You will also deliver treatment and training services in the areas of self-care, socialization, and health maintenance, and maintain current and detailed documentation and progress notes in assigned unit records. Within this role, it is essential to provide opportunities of choice for the individuals served in order to promote steady growth in the individual's daily activities.
