Our client, a leader in electric vehicles is looking to hire a Validation Engineer to join their team. This will be fully onsite in Troy, MI.

This job is a 1-year W2 contract role with benefits!

As a Validation Engineer, you will develop and manage validation plans for vehicle hardware subsystems . You will play a crucial role in ensuring all systems meet performance targets through rigorous validation processes , collaborating closely with external testing vendors, engineering teams, and compliance groups to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Develop and manage comprehensive validation plans for Interior and Exterior subsystems
• Create CAD designs for validation-specific tools, including fixtures and applicators
• Conduct research and benchmark system validation tests leveraging statistical analysis, and attribute vs. variable testing
• Work closely with external testing vendors to quote, source, and schedule validation testing in alignment with program budgets and timelines
